Module 5 of our 6 module mediation training program is all about how the Saskatchewan Family Law structure interacts with the mediation process.

In this on demand, learn at your own pace course, the materials are divided by week, however, learners are encouraged to engage with the materials as quickly or leisurely as works for their learning style and schedule.

Learners are to submit all assignments to the Slack channel and review other learner's submissions, providing comments to each other.

Learner are also required to attend at least 4 hours of LIVE Zoom sessions (no extra charge - registration required - to register, email admin@commonsensemediation.ca); schedule included within the downloadable materials in this course.

This course is recognized by ADRIC as training hours towards applications for designations and/or continuing engagement and education credits.

This course is also recognized as training hours towards the education requirements to apply to be recognized as a mediator under Section 44.01 of The Queen's Bench Act, 1998.
