Mediating Financial Arrangements

This online, learn-at-your-own-pace, course teaches mediators the important considerations for negotiating financial support arrangements during separation and divorce.

Mediators will learn legislation, case law, and strategies to help people come to satisfactory solutions related to financial support arrangements.

This course is recognized as Family Law training to apply to be recognized as a Family Mediator under Section 7-4 of The King's Bench Act, 2023.

This course is also recognized as specialty training and/or continuing education and engagement by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada.

Learners must attend the monthly live Teams sessions to complete this course.
