Module 2: Introduction to Mediation

Module 3: Mediating Workplace Disputes

Module 4: Mediating Elder & Estate Disputes

Module 5: Introduction to Saskatchewan Family Law

Module 6: Mediating Family Law Disputes

This online, learn-at-your-own-pace course is recognized by ADRIC as the equivalent to the 40-hour National Introductory Mediation course. This course is also recognized as hours toward applying to be a recognized family mediator under Section 7-4 of The King's Bench Act, 2023.

Each module includes recorded lectures, reading materials, audio/visual materials, written assignments, and video assignments. Learners must also attend the monthly live Teams learning sessions.
