Intimate Partner Violence Screening & Management

In this course, learners will explore how to screen continuously throughout the dispute resolution process for signs of intimate partner violence and how to manage domestic violence dynamics within the process.

This course is comprised of 11 lessons, with a combination of supplemental reading and videos, as well as lectures, and worksheets.

This course is the equivalent of 14 hours of live, in-person training, and can be used as the Family Violence Dynamics requirement for Family Mediators under Section 7-4 of The King's Bench Act, 2023.

Optional monthly live Teams Question and Answer sessions can be attended by learners who want to talk through their experience with this course, ask questions they have, and participate in brief roleplays.
